Please direct all inquiries and correspondence regarding Tours/Travel Service bookings to Afle International Private Limited.
Payments:
To confirm bookings, an advance payment is required for all contracted services. The remaining balance can be settled before departure from your country or upon arrival in INDIA, but prior to the commencement of services. The exact advance payment amount will be determined by our management personnel based on the service nature and time remaining before service commencement.
For Special Train Journeys, hotel or resort bookings during peak seasons (X-Mas, New Year), full payment is necessary in advance.
Mode of Payment:
Overseas advance payments can be made via Wire Transfer to our bank.
Cancellation Policy:
In case of tour/travel service cancellation due to any reason, we must be notified in writing. Cancellation charges are applicable as follows: 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of Tour/service cost 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of Tour/service cost 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of Tour/service cost 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund Note: Cancellation requests sent on Sundays will be considered on the next working day (Monday). For the X-mas and New Year period from 20 Dec to 05 Jan, payments are non-refundable. Refunds after trip commencement are limited and subject to recovery from hoteliers/contractors for unused accommodations, transportation, missed meals, etc.
Wildlife Safaris Cancellation:
All booked wildlife safaris in Indian Wildlife National Parks/Sanctuaries are non-refundable. Date change requests are considered as cancellations with no refund.
Our Liabilities & Limitations:
Any increases in entrance fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges by the Government of India after tour/service cost finalization will be charged as extra. We act as agents for hotels, airlines, transporters, railways, and other service providers. All documents issued by us are subject to their terms and conditions. Itineraries provided are sample itineraries. We reserve the right to change schedules for the safety and comfort of participants.
Rates are based on negotiated rates with hotels, airlines, etc. Rates may change without notice, and we reserve the right to adjust quotes accordingly. We are not liable for delays, alterations, or expenses incurred due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdowns, weather, sickness, political closures, or other incidents beyond our control.
We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Visitors are advised to obtain appropriate insurance.
Please note:
We are not responsible for costs arising from unforeseen circumstances such as landslides, roadblocks, or bad weather.
